These resources are a mix of local and national variety. And they are available to give you further information and allow further research about particular mental health resources. Many of these resources provide call-in numbers that are available almost around the clock to provide assistance in help in your recovery of mental health. But if I can be of assistance to you please to not hesitate to make an appointment with me so that we can talk about your mental health needs and begin your road to recovery.
Sometimes it is difficult to reach out and ask for help in the midst of trials or a storm. So these resources will allow you to do some research to seek multiple avenues of help as you work through your challenges. But I encourage you to still reach out to a mental health professional in dealing with your challenges. Because in many/most cases it is very difficult to overcome mental health challenges on your own. I pray you seek and get the help you need as you continue to walk through life. And I pray that you may be able to be transformed and changed into a health and whole person physically, spiritually, and mentally. Blessings as you continue on the journey.
